Oneida N. Huntington, is engaged in the private practice of law with the firm of Huntington, Huntington & Huntington, PLLC. Her practice is limited to family law matters such as custody, visitation, support, adoption, and protective orders.

Ms. Huntington is an experienced litigator in family law cases. In addition to her private practice, she receives court referrals from the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts regarding custody, parenting time, child support, and cases involving the Department of Social Services. Her experience as a guardian ad litem, an attorney who represents a child’s best interest, allows her perspective from several sides in a case.

Ms. Huntington’s family law litigation experience strengthens her capacity to provide family law mediation. She serves as a private mediator.

Ms. Huntington strives to address the needs of LGBTQ+ individuals, and will do so in a manner that preserves the client’s dignity. Ms. Huntington is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and Virginia Tech.

Ms. Huntington previously worked with the New River Valley Women’s Resource Center, Maryland Legal Aid Bureau and the Maryland Access to Justice Commission. Ms. Huntington was also the co-chair of the LGBT Law Student Alliance while a student at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
